Shipping

Shipping is free on orders over $150.00

For orders under $150, shipping we be calculated and added to your invoice.

If a return is necessary, please contact orders@untitledtoronto.ca to make arrangement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on location, exchange and refunds may take several days to complete. 

Returns

UFB will take returns within 30 days of purchase based on the following: 

• valid proof of payment

• Unopened/Unused 

Gift Cards once purchased are non-refundable

Refunds (if applicable) 
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund after we have processed your order after you have checked your bank account, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@untitledtoronto.ca to make arrangements. 

Gifts 
If you are returning a UFB gift that you received by mail and do not want the refund to go to the purchaser, call 416-469-5454 to set-up the gift return under your account. 

Your refund will be in the form of an online store credit that you can use at any time on untitledtoronto.ca.
